Rights to your personal information

  • Right Not to Provide Your Personal Information

At any time, you may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

However, such a withdrawal could, for example, restrict access to insurance coverage, result in the refusal or termination of a claim, or cause any other similar situation to occur.

  • Right to Access and to Have Your Personal Information Rectified

Everyone has the right to ask LS-Travel, insurance company, for access to the information contained in their file or used by LS-Travel to make a decision.

In addition, anyone may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the personal information contained in their file and has the right to request that LS-Travel rectify that information.
